Our COVID Policies

These are the salon’s COVID policies to help keep our team, clients and their families safe.  

If you feel unwell, have any COVID symptoms or awaiting the results of a COVID test, please do not come to the salon. Give us a call on (09) 478 8395 and we'll reschedule your booking.

All of our staff our double vaccinated. Our team will be wearing face masks and all clients are required to do so throughout their visit.

We will have a register of all people who have visited the salon, in case contact tracing is later required. No walk-in appointments are allowed, however product purchases are available (mask required).

Arriving at the salon for your appointment

  • Please sign in via the NZ COVID Tracer app

  • If you arrive early please wait in your car until your appointment time

  • All clients are required to be doubled vaccinated. We will need to scan your Vaccine Pass on your way in

  • We require any person in the salon to wear a mask at all times  

  • We ask that you sanitise your hands on the way in

  • Please don’t bring family members who are not having a service into the salon as we need to limit the people in at one time

  • We will ask you to go directly to your chair, please refrain from unnecessary movement around the salon

  • For the time-being, all unnecessary items have been removed from the salon, so we encourage you to bring your own reading materials and drink, if you want one.

  • Unfortunately, we won’t be able to serve refreshments. Please take any rubbish with you when you leave

  • We will maintain physical distancing where possible

  • We will minimise the use of equipment which are not easy to clean or replace

  • Please only one client at the reception desk at a time

  • After your visit our styling stations and equipment will be cleaned and we will regularly wipe down commonly used services like the EFTPOS machine and door handles


We have based our policies on Health and Safety procedures and guidance from the Ministry of Health.
