AB Hair – Appointment Terms & Conditions

At AB Hair, we truly value your time and appreciate your support. To help us run smoothly and ensure every client gets the care they deserve,

Please take a moment to read our appointment policy below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made in less than 24 hours may incur a $50 fee to be added to your next appointment.
     

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged a $100 fee and may require a deposit for future bookings.
     

  • Unpaid Cancellation fees will prevent future bookings. 


Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service so we don’t delay other clients.

Reminders

We’ll send out appointment reminders via text or email to help you keep track of your booking. However, it’s still the client’s responsibility to note their appointment time.


Festive Season Policy

During November and December, our schedule fills up quickly. We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations during this period.
